With over 35 years in hospitality - and a life shaped in part by the slow, sun-soaked rhythm of Spain - we dreamed of creating a space that captured the Mediterranean way of socialising.

A place where evenings unfold gently, conversations linger, and small bites are shared between friends.

JK's Lounge was born from that dream.

We wanted to bring a chilled, relaxed atmosphere to Stamford: somewhere warm, welcoming, and unhurried. A lounge bar where people can unwind, connect, and enjoy the simple pleasure of being together.

Today, we're proud to say we've created exactly the kind of place we always hoped to spend our own evenings in. A home for good company, good drinks, and the Mediterranean spirit of togetherness.
